When will the acquisition be official?

The acquisition has successfully closed and OneOncology is now a part of Cencora effective February 2, 2026. While we officially joined the Cencora family on February 2, 2026, any integration activities will be evaluated, determined, and communicated over time.

How is this transaction different from Cencora’s previous relationship with OneOncology?

Cencora has maintained a longstanding partnership with OneOncology, and this transaction enables us to enhance our support for community-based specialty care. This collaboration is consistent with our strategy, as providers increasingly seek partners who can manage operational complexities while upholding physician autonomy and prioritizing patient care. Through our relationship with Cencora, we are positioned to more effectively serve independent oncology and urology physicians, improve the provider experience, and support improved patient outcomes and access to care.

How will OneOncology be integrated into Cencora?

A joint Integration team made up of key personnel from both OneOncology and Cencora is leading a thoughtful, deliberate integration of OneOncology into Cencora. The team will centrally coordinate integration direction and planning, partnering with leaders across OneOncology to execute functional, commercial, and cross-functional workstreams in a way that preserves what is already working and enhances OneOncology capabilities only where it adds clear value as OneOncology continues to scale through ongoing practice growth.

How will OneOncology fit into Cencora’s operating model?

Jason Dinger, President, MSO will oversee Cencora’s MSO strategy and businesses. Together Jason and Dr. Jeff Patton, CEO of OneOncology, will work to drive growth and new opportunities for our combined organizations.

How will OneOncology operate?

OneOncology will continue to operate with a physician-centric model—that is core to its value and success. The goal of this partnership is not to change what makes OneOncology unique, but to protect and strengthen the physician-first culture that already exists. OneOncology MSO employees are central to the success of this partnership, and stability is a priority. In the near term, nothing changes in day-to-day operations. Teams will operate as they do today.

What can we expect during the integration process?

The integration process will focus on aligning systems, processes, and teams where appropriate, with an emphasis on a strong partnership between OneOncology and Cencora. You can expect open communication, support, and collaboration, and we will share regular updates so you understand how any changes may impact your work.

What will change as a result of the acquisition?

For now, our ask to everyone is to continue focusing on what you’ve always done – executing and delivering exceptional care and support for your team members, physicians and patients. We will be operating business as usual for the foreseeable future and will share updates throughout the integration process as they are solidified.
