When will the acquisition be official?

The acquisition has successfully closed and OneOncology is now a part of Cencora effective February 2, 2026. While we officially joined the Cencora family on February 2, 2026, any integration activities will be evaluated, determined, and communicated over time.

How is this transaction different from Cencora’s previous relationship with OneOncology?

Cencora has maintained a longstanding partnership with OneOncology, and this transaction enables us to enhance our support for community-based specialty care. This collaboration is consistent with our strategy, as providers increasingly seek partners who can manage operational complexities while upholding physician autonomy and prioritizing patient care. Through our relationship with Cencora, we are positioned to more effectively serve independent oncology and urology physicians, improve the provider experience, and support improved patient outcomes and access to care.

How will OneOncology be integrated into Cencora?

A joint Integration team made up of key personnel from both OneOncology and Cencora is leading a thoughtful, deliberate integration of OneOncology into Cencora. The team will centrally coordinate integration direction and planning, partnering with leaders across OneOncology to execute functional, commercial, and cross-functional workstreams in a way that preserves what is already working and enhances OneOncology capabilities only where it adds clear value as OneOncology continues to scale through ongoing practice growth.

How will OneOncology fit into Cencora’s operating model?

Jason Dinger, President, MSO will oversee Cencora’s MSO strategy and businesses. Together Jason and Dr. Jeff Patton, CEO of OneOncology, will work to drive growth and new opportunities for our combined organizations.

How will OneOncology operate?

OneOncology will continue to operate with a physician-centric model—that is core to its value and success. The goal of this partnership is not to change what makes OneOncology unique, but to protect and strengthen the physician-first culture that already exists. OneOncology MSO employees are central to the success of this partnership, and stability is a priority. In the near term, nothing changes in day-to-day operations. Teams will operate as they do today.

What can we expect during the integration process?

The integration process will focus on aligning systems, processes, and teams where appropriate, with an emphasis on a strong partnership between OneOncology and Cencora. You can expect open communication, support, and collaboration, and we will share regular updates so you understand how any changes may impact your work.

What will change as a result of the acquisition?

For now, our ask to everyone is to continue focusing on what you’ve always done – executing and delivering exceptional care and support for your team members, physicians and patients. We will be operating business as usual for the foreseeable future and will share updates throughout the integration process as they are solidified.

What is Cencora’s vision for OneOncology over the next 1, 3, and 5 years?

Cencora’s vision for OneOncology is to grow together over time through a long-term MSO strategy focused on strengthening community-based specialty care. As Cencora’s MSO platform is still new, we see this as an evolution, one where we bring enterprise scale, capabilities, and operational support, while also learning from OneOncology’s experience and leadership in physician-led oncology care.

Cencora’s goal is to support OneOncology in a way that preserves clinical independence, strengthens practice sustainability, expands access and innovation in community settings, and helps build a more connected, scalable, and resilient model for the future. In short, this is a long-term partnership centered on mutual learning, physician autonomy, and better patient care.

What does the Cencora transaction mean for employees, and what, if anything, will change in employees’ day-to-day work?

At this time, there are no immediate changes to employees’ day-to-day work. The expectation is to continue business as usual and stay focused on delivering exceptional care and support to team members, physicians, and patients. There are no planned changes to current roles, responsibilities, workflows, or reporting structures.

OneOncology is joining Cencora because the organizations share aligned values, including a commitment to healthier outcomes, excellence, innovation, and a growth mindset. Together, we can better serve independent oncology and urology physicians by helping address the growing complexity of running a practice while preserving clinical autonomy and a patient-first approach. Building on OneOncology’s strong growth in recent years, this combination will enhance the provider experience and help improve patient outcomes and access to care.

Additional partnership updates and how OneOncology, Cencora, and affiliated entities fit together will be shared as they become available here on our partnership microsite.

Will there be any changes to jobs or reporting structures?

At this time there are no planned changes to jobs or reporting structures. What we shared in February remains true: Cencora’s intention is to grow the business, not reduce it.

What systems, IT, training, and integration changes are coming—and on what timeline?

At this time, no changes to systems, IT, training, or integration processes have been finalized. OneOncology and Cencora teams are working together to assess potential improvements as part of the discovery process, which is expected to continue through the summer. Updates will be shared as they become available.

How will leadership improve communication and transparency from here?

We’ve heard the feedback and are taking steps to improve communication and transparency. Over the summer, in addition to this partnership microsite, the team will begin sharing a quarterly newsletter with updates. The microsite will be kept up to date with the latest need-to-know information, and employees are encouraged to bookmark it for easy access.

What tangible value will Cencora bring to employees, practices, and patients?

Cencora brings the potential for greater scale, broader capabilities, and additional resources to support employees, practices, and patients over time. We are still in the early stages of identifying and realizing the full synergies and opportunities of the partnership, but we are confident that meaningful benefits will take shape over time, including stronger support for practices, enhanced capabilities and tools, shared best practices, and ultimately a positive impact for patients. Team members are encouraged to continue sharing questions through the microsite at any time.
